Ongoing: What Are You Doing? Campaign
Students will interview community and business leaders, government officials, and their representatives down in Salem to see what others are doing to improve education in Oregon. Students are done waiting around while others decide the future of their education.  It's time we start looking for answers to the hard questions and find a solution to the decreasing quality of education in Oregon. January 14th and 28th: Engage for Change Action Days
These two action days kick-off the YC's new campaign: Engage for Change. High School students are heading out to Pioneer Courthouse Square to register voters and collect signatures from other students to send a strong message to our representatives that education is a priority. We'll be meeting at Bus Project central (333 SE 2nd Ave, Portland) at 1:00pm. As always, the action day will include pizza, great people, and excellent prizes. Seriously, Music Millennium-type excellent.
